Burgess Consulting Group is named in honour of Melanie's maternal family, the Burgess family, whose legacy spans generations of global business builders and leaders. That legacy includes an uncle recognized with an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his contributions to business and public service. Burgess was founded to carry that standard forward, supporting founders and management teams who want to build organizations they are proud of, not just organizations that grow.
